Exchange/Return Information

<Exchange/Return Guide>
Please contact our customer center at +82-10-8075-5033 or through email within 7 days from the date of product receipt to request an exchange or return.
Exchange/return is only possible for products that have been pre-applied for.
Amecopain will assist with the collection process through CJ Korea Express when you submit your request.

When sending a return, please package the item in the same way as it was received.
To process the return, please fill out the exchange/return form provided with the product when shipping, following the specified format.

Return Shipping Fee

One-way shipping fee: USD 2.2 for returns with a final purchase amount of USD 36 or more
Round-trip shipping fee: USD 4.5 for returns with a final purchase amount of less than USD 36
Round-trip shipping fee: USD 4.5 for all returns

<Cases Where Exchange/Return is Not Possible>

If there are contaminants on the product (lipstick, cosmetics, food, etc.)
If signs of use are detected (household odors, Febreze, perfume, deodorizer, body lotion, etc.)
If the product is damaged due to customer negligence or arbitrary washing
If the product has been used, washed, repaired, or altered
If the product tag has been removed or damaged
For products announced as non-exchangeable/non-returnable on the product detail page (sale items, big size, office wear, embroidered logos, etc.).
